Initially, the parent the child lives with is required to bring food, drinks, nappies etc. for the child. From visit 3, the responsibility moves to the parent the child visits with to provide all that is needed for the child.
If the child has a security item or special toy, it's a good idea to bring them along for the first couple of visits to help children settle in.
At the centre, we have a full kitchen available, so food can be refrigerated, heated up (microwave or oven), or prepared and cooked with the child during the visit.
There is no limit on the number of sessions available to each family. It is recommended that families attend 10 - 12 sessions at the centre, with the view to self-management where possible.
Costs will vary depending on the service or services you use. See our Fees page for details.
Court Orders or Parenting Plans usually stipulate who is responsible for paying the fees.
Please contact us to discuss further.
